Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. Dipped in Gold is not responsible for carrier delays or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and then notify us if additional help is needed.
